Rice Bowl

You could really add anything to this! Top with your favorite dressing (I use my homemade ranch.)

4 cups Brown Rice, cooked
2 cups Lettuce
1 Avocado
2 cups Black beans
Fresh Salsa
Garlic Powder (optional)
White or Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Soaked sunflower seeds
1 cup Cilantro

-Fill individual bowls with 3/4 cup rice.
-Top with lettuce, avocado, beans, salsa, sunflower seeds, cilantro
-Sprinkle on seasonings
-Add dressing (or use salsa as dressing)

Ooh this sounds good! :) My husband LOVES cilantro & I love all the good-for-you yumminess in this recipe!

The fact that it's so easy is also a major plus ;)
