Coconut Flour Bread

{Recipe from Nourishing Days}

My whole family loved this bread! Dieter was especially delighted to have "bread" because he has never had it before!

6 Eggs
1/2 cups Coconut Oil or Butter, melted
1-2 TBsp Honey, optional
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Coconut Flour

-Mix all ingredients together and pour into small greased loafed pan.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
-Turn loaf out and cool completely on rack before serving.
