Squash Cake

Here is a great cake if you have a gluten allergy. I really enjoyed it with whipped cream on top (the more the better).

6 Eggs
2 cups grated (packed tightly) Winter Squash
1/2 cup Honey
1/3 cup Butter, Ghee, or Coconut Oil
3 cups ground Almonds
3 Apples

-Grease your 9x13 baking dish and cover the bottom with apples, cored and cut into slices.
-Blend the rest of the ingredients in your blender and put the mixture on top of the apples.
-Smooth the top and bake at 325° F for 40-50 minutes.
