The Original Sour "Candy"

 I love sour things! I keep my dehydrated fruit in the freezer. I can easily pull something out for a quick snack.

-Peel and cut kiwi into 1/4 inch slices.
-Dehydrate on 115°F for 12 hours or until dry.

Oh these look so Yummy!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kiwi... I typically eat them until my Tongue starts to get that Stingy feeling... :) I just saw Kiwi on sale the other day... So I am going to have to make some of these... Does keeping them in the Freezer make them last longer..??
