Kale Chips

I loved these and so did Dieter! They were a great little snack!

1 bunch Kale
2 TBsp Coconut Oil
Salt to taste

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Carefully remove the kale leaves from the stem (I ripped them).
-Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
-Place leaves on a cookie sheet and drizzle with oil. Salt to taste.
-Bake for 7 minutes, flip chips and bake for 5 more minutes. Watch edges so they do not burn.

I am trying Kale chips next week. Peas and thank you blog has a bbq version that I want to try as I am not sure I will like the plain taste of Kale. I tried it cooked down too mush and hated it. Going to make two batches. We will see.
